2. Fill out and submit Texas Sales and Use Resale Certificate. There is a section to fill out if your business is not located in Texas.

3. Email a copy of your state issued Sales and Use Tax Permit to sales-dallas@culpassociates.com or sales-houston@culpassociates.com
Please note that a copy of your resale tax certificate is required. We are an agent for various manufacturers, and completion of this application does not extend credit from any company we represent or from Culp Associates. Approval of this application allows you access to the showrooms only.
You must establish an account prior to checking out any fabric samples or receiving quotes. Some companies may require their own application at the time of your first order. In addition, please note that Cowtan & Tout and Clarence House operate under separate systems and will require separate account applications.
If you wish to place an order at the time you submit your application, please include a written purchase order. Prepayment will expedite completion of the order. Payment can be made via check or, with certain manufacturers, by credit card.
